Par 4
408 | 390 | 351 | 317 yards
The fourth offers another generous fairway off the tee. The hole does squeeze down at about 170 yards out when sand comes in from either side. A well placed drive will carry this narrow area with ease.
The next challenge from the fairway is the water that starts to run in from the right at around 100 yards out. This water is 310+ from the tips, so shouldn't be a problem off the tee.
This is the left edge where the fairway squeezes down at around 170 yards out. You can see the water ahead with the green tucked in behind it.
The water here is not really in play unless you yank one right. Most of it ends quite short of the green. The more immediate challenge here is two-fold- the myriad of 5 bunkers surrounding the green; and the green itself. This may be the most wickedly contoured green on the Blue (or Red) course.
Playing in from the left side of the hole, green high removes the water and exposes some of the wicked green undulations/
A view back looking across the water to the green.
Leaving the hole, you climb the sandy trail. A look back at the hole from this view shows the layout well.
And an even better view from atop the tee on the Red's 14th hole.
