Handicap revision- rising with a bullet

The 7/1 handicap revision came out today and mine continues to rise.  My lowest score from last year, a differential of 2.8 dropped off.  With my latest scores only this year's scores are now counted and so I jumped nearly 3 points from, a 6.2 up to a 8.9.  Ouch.
