Golfing Loggers Trail

Today I took my father, Jeremy, and Bob out to Stillwater to play Loggers Trail.  Another course on the common man card, I like this course but only played it one time last year also, as I used all of the rounds on my card at once just like this year.
The putting green at Loggers Trail is reminiscent of a putt putt course.

This course is really interesting on the first couple of holes.  I really like hole 2 with the rolling hills framing the fairway.

This is a course that would allow better scoring if one became more familiar with it.  Maybe sometime I will play it more than once in a year.  The sister course to this, Sawmill, which is adjacent to the course I played 4 times last year and score my lowest round of the year for 2011 with a 76.

With not really remembering too much, I had a few holes that my guess on shots killed me.  Unfortunately, in another typical round for this year I played really bad.  I ended up with a 90 but again I failed to hit 17 out of 18 greens.  The one exception was the 18th hole where I hit the green but then three putted for a bogey.

The course can stretch out to be a doosey, at 7235 yards from the tips.  We played from the Blues at  6300 yards.
